OpenProspector is a permissioned B2B prospect intelligence service. This page helps customers recognise the official service and understand the controls around access.

Official domain and email

The official web address is https://openprospector.app. Product and account support comes from support@openprospector.app. We will never ask for your mailbox password, banking credentials or a password for another service.

Access controls

The prospect workspace requires an invited account. Authentication and authorisation are checked on the server, administrator functions are separated from member access, and sessions use secure browser cookies.

Data boundaries

Prospect activity and research are designed to retain client, bot and campaign context. Administrative activity views use a separate restricted database role and are disabled until that access boundary is explicitly configured.

Reporting a concern

If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be OpenProspector, find a security issue or believe an account is at risk, do not share credentials. Forward the details to support@openprospector.app.
