Last updated: 17 August 2026
These terms apply to your use of OpenProspector. By accessing an invited workspace, you agree to use the service lawfully, responsibly and within the permissions granted to your account.
Authorised access
Accounts are personal to the invited user. Keep your password secure, do not share access, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised activity. We may suspend access where needed to protect the service, its data or other users.
Acceptable use
You must not use OpenProspector for unlawful discrimination, harassment, deception, credential theft, indiscriminate spam, surveillance of private individuals, resale of raw data, or any activity that infringes another person’s rights. You are responsible for the legal basis, content and targeting of your outreach.
Prospect information
Professional information changes over time. Verification and research signals support decision-making but do not guarantee that every field is complete or current. Users should check important information before acting on it.
Service availability
We work to keep OpenProspector available and useful, but availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances beyond our control. Features and datasets may evolve.
Intellectual property
OpenProspector, its interface and supporting software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Your access does not grant a right to copy, reverse engineer or create a competing bulk dataset from the service.
